Two years ago, I opened Insight for the girls and women who were told they were "too much" or "not enough." So many of the people who find their way here spent years trying harder, hiding how hard things felt, and getting really good at looking fine.

In two years, this space has grown into a women's support group, a workbook for teens, webinars for families, and a community that leads with regulation and connection.

None of it happens without you. This is my way of giving something back.
